The MGC Office Park is part of the MGC project, which originated by conversion of the former MGC wholesale center and by development of new buildings; this project stage also includes a fashion center, a staff restaurant and a bakery. The MGC Office Park was planned according to the features of sustainability, solidity, authenticity and Zeitgeist, and utmost importance was attached to cost efficiency with respect to running expenses and to flexibility as regards office space. The MGC is Austria‘s first refurbished existing building with ÖGNI certification.
The St. Marx area in Vienna’s third district is one of the city’s most dynamically expanding office hubs. Conversion of the former market halls, logistics premises and commercial areas into a modern office and residential district is in full progress. Access
The MGC can easily be reached by car and public transport but also by bicycle and on foot (urban motorways, subway line U3, new bus line, panorama path). A total of 706 cars can be parked directly on the property in underground garages and outside parking lots. There are 2 ramps for suppliers and forwarding agents which are directly connected to the freight elevators
