CITY DEVELOPMENT IN DYNAMIC SURROUNDINGS

The project Messecarree is the development of a lively and urban district in the city of Vienna. The group of buildings formed in an Y offers flexibility and a wide range of possibilities to use it.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL USAGE

On this location a Competence Center will be built for international and national companies from the field of economy, trading, IT sector, communication technologies and also services. Additionally there are places available for public use and also for trading (shops). The central part oriented to the Competence Center is a students dorm developed by the CORESTATE-group. The 3rd and last eastern-oriented part of the areal will be developed by the Österreichische Siedlungswerk (most probably there will stand a boarding house).

DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS

In frames of a cooperation with the Wiener Messe Besitz GmbH (MBG) this city development project will be realised by an investors consortium with the help of the Competence Investment AG belonging to the PRISMA group.

The MESSECARREE with its 15.000 m² is located between the Ausstellungsstraße, Elderschplatz and Vorgartenstraße on the North and next to the U2 metro line and the new Wiener Messe on the South. The advantage of the location is its central position in the dinamic sorroundings of the Messe Wien, tha planned WU-building and the central office of the OMV, and also between the two stops of the metro line U2: „Messe-Prater“ and „Krieau“.
