Bau & Boden Immobilien GmbH

The Bau & Boden Group was founded in 1963 and today numbers among the largest complete suppliers in the real estate sector in Linz. Through a combination of comprehensive know-how in every area related to property and half a century of experience, since the 1960s the Bau & Boden Group has developed from a small real estate office into a leading project development company with a secure market anchorage. Especially in the housing market, Bau & Boden is regarded as one of the most respected suppliers in the Linz area. The Bau & Boden Group has a firm sense of tradition, but is nonetheless constantly open to current developments. It is therefore able to present itself as a centre for the entire range of real estate development, from location analysis, project acquisition, development and control, to construction management and controlling, and project implementation. As Bau & Boden demonstrates, home advantage and common sense constitute an irresistible combination. The Group is also characterized by a profound knowledge of the Upper Austrian real estate market, as well as a certain feeling for trends and future needs. Therefore, during the past fifty years, with its projects and objects Bau & Boden has exerted an influence on the Linz cityscape. Consequently, the company has already completed a series of reference projects that include the Business Center Urfahr, the Unipark, the Urfahr City Center and the Kaiserhof/Kaisergasse housing complex. Together with company-related partners, Bau & Boden arranges, plans, builds and realizes projects in both the residential and commercial sectors. In the past five years alone, the Bau & Boden Group has carried out 15 projects with an area of ~ 40,000 m² and a volume of over € 100 million.
